Managing the logistical, administrative, and financial (invoice) aspects of our workshops (in-person and online), ensuring that the workshops are well-organized and successfully implemented
Ensuring the invitations are sent properly and within a timely manner with all relevant information to the speakers and participants. Following- up with their participation confirmation through email or phone calls, if needed
Communicating with speakers, panelists, resource persons, external agencies, and participants, to provide guidance on session details, administrative, and logistical requirements in preparation for, during, and after the scheduled workshops
Creating and managing registrations for workshops using the relevant internal/external tools
Ensuring that the needed resources for workshops are available and managed adequately
Completed commercial education or higher education (University, FH) in a relevant field
High level of competency with organization and multi-tasking
A precise, detail-oriented mode of operation
Excellent knowledge of Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel (knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and additional tools a plus)
Strong focus in customer service
Salary will be determined based on professional experience; the formal minimum salary according to Collective Bargaining Agreement is € 33,235.30.
